Our History

It was fate that brought Kelly and Conor together. Despite growing up in the same small town and having many friends in common their paths never really crossed until they found themselves working for the same construction company back in 2006.  They quickly formed a lasting bond over their love for their families and the great outdoors.

After several years of dating they co-founded Mountain Sun Homes in order to be the general contractor of their own home build in 2008.  After successfully building their home they figured it was safe to take their relationship to the next level.  They got married in 2009 up at Galena Lodge and the rest is history.

Today their focus is on their family and business.  They are committed to the construction of custom high quality family homes.  Their goal is to establish a lasting, trusting relationship with their clients by exceeding performance expectations throughout the construction process.  Kelly and Conor strive to implement a long term relationship with their clients by providing a personal and family like experience.

Their love for the great outdoors is promoted through their business by promoting Energy Star and LEED Certified homes.  Kelly and Conor would like to provide a better environment for our community by promoting earth friendly construction practices and utilizing local employees and businesses.

Kelly and Conor encourage new ideas, innovations and hope to grow into an era of construction that is healthier for our environment.
